Here for another chapter of the Silk Road, I see~ Well, its time to introduce the Wan's from Riverblossom.
This is Kevin Wan, his wife, Patricia, and their daughter Xiao Sying. Chinese for little star, or at least the baby name sites tell me.
The Wans are the second of two Noble families and though their estate is beautiful and ornate, their possessions are few.
Kevin doesn't have the right job yet; he is tasked to take up the science post. But why? Emporer Lazlo is already in Science. Well, that's just the best co-worker to bring home, am I right?!
Man, the Nobles' trash cans are just fair game with the silk road travellers!
Anyways, Patricia welcomes the... welcome wagon.
They share an asian salad with Patricia's old room mates, Cleo Shikibu.
While very cute Peasant Cristopher Tsang plays the mandolin for his Noble family.
Patricia and her daughter are quick to bond.
While Kevin prefers to spend time with his subjects.
Mother and daughter share an adorable moment with Xiao Sying's doll house.
In the evening Kevin gets to building his science interest.
And romantic interests.
Seque into the morning after and Patricia is teaching Xiao Sying to walk.
And decides to spy on her neighbors.
Sanjay is on her in no time flat. Being in the military, he's informed on any inappropriate conduct. And it's his job to keep the Silk Road in line.
Patricia spends the rest of the day in her husbands arms.
It's time for Xiao Sying to grow up.
And because Maxis conveniently forgot to add Asian themed clothing for children in the game, well, she has no choice but to spend her childhood in puppy jammies.
Patricia is pregnant again.
And after the visit from Sanjay, the Wan family keeps to themselves.
Which is fine with them.
Kevin stumbled into the science job, which meant weird hours for their family.
Man, time flies. Patricia has gone into labor.
Lei Wan joins the family. A boy with all his mothers features.
But the shows not over, folks.
Lin Wan. A girl, with all her fathers features. Nyaw, that's just adorable.
Kevin is very happy to have someone to pass his legacy onto.
Kevin doesn't know what it is, but Patricia's looking very attractive. No more, woohoo, you guys.
"Yeah, what she said. You guys getting funky at night is ruining my childhood."
And we end the chapter with Kevin preforming some domestc duties. He's a field researcher now, in science. His family is happy and healthy. Ah! I forgot to send them on vacation! Gaaah!
